Full Body Conditioning includes all the body conditioning exercise which helps in building strength to build a stronger you. It consists of a mixture of strength training exercises with the inspiration of plate designs to help you build your core and body strength. Strength training is extremely important as it helps in improving the physical attributes of the body. It mainly includes cardio exercises to burn fat or resistance training which tones muscles. Not just this, it also develops and maintains well-rounded, complete body physical fitness to improve the body condition to better phases. If you want to increase your strength, tone up, increase your heart rate, these conditioning classes are the best for the overall growth of your body. It is a completely perfect body workout.

We have once a week one-hour virtual classes for every age group! Our goal is to empower people to connect with our heritage and culture and each class is designed to help you do that!
