Redefining Heritage Through Experiences
In today’s world, balancing the wisdom of the East with the innovation of the West allows us to bring together the best of both. Through workshops, events, and authentic travel experiences in India, we aim to create opportunities to experience traditional culture in contemporary ways.
We are Param and Amruta, a passionate couple redefining heritage and cultural experiences. Life is about the stories we share, the connections we make, and the spaces we create to embrace our unique selves.
Our goal is to help people understand heritage—distinguishing it from societal culture that has evolved over time—and present it in a modern, accessible context. By keeping culture relevant to today, we believe in preserving and carrying it forward for future generations. Culture is shaped by people, and together, we can create its future.

Meet Amruta Panth Pandya
Amruta’s journey into the world of dance began at the age of three, inspired by her mother, Smt. Hira Panth, who performed and directed plays. Under her mother’s guidance, Amruta learned the basics of Bharatanatyam. At 11, she formally began her training at Srishti School of Dance under the tutelage of Smt. Vani Ramesh. During her time with Srishti, Amruta performed in numerous recitals and participated in workshops led by renowned artists like Dr. Vasundhara Doraiswamy and Sri N. Srikant.

Meet Param
I was born and raised in Virginia in a Thanjavur Marathi household, blending Tamil and Marathi cultures. Like many Indian-American children, I struggled with my identity, but I eventually embraced and became proud of my heritage. My vision is for Indian-Americans to confidently embrace both their culture and themselves, understanding that we can be both Indian and American without changing who we are.
I hold a BBA in Marketing from Marymount University and worked in corporate for nine years. My passion for culture, giving back, and self-love led me to start Meri Sanskriti, which began as a blog and evolved into a business after I was laid off in 2019. Today, Meri Sanskriti offers dance classes and has grown into a multifaceted brand.
I am also a Bharatanatyam dancer, actor, author, and choreographer. My husband Param and I run Meri Sanskriti together, committed to creating a world where we can cherish our heritage while evolving with the times.
