About us
At Meri Sanskriti our mission is to empower people to embrace culture in a western world. We understand growing up outside of India and still staying connected with culture can be a juggle and our mission is to help you ease that balance!
-Meri Sanskriti- Our goal is to bring representation of underrepresented communities, advocate for socio-cultural causes to bring upon change through various avenues, and bring together people to experience traditional culture in a new age way!We have workshops, events, and we arrange authentic travel experiences in India! We are Param & Amruta, a couple that is passionate about re-defining heritage and experiencing culture in a new way. Life is all about the experiences we have and we want to share our experiences with you, while telling stories, having conversations, creating a place to our unique selves. Understanding heritage , understanding what is actually heritage vs culture from society in time periods, and give people heritage experiences in a modern way. We believe that is how we can preserve and carry forward culture, by keeping it relevant to modern times. Culture is made by people and we can change it.
