DesiFit by MS is an initiative to foster holistic wellbeing, empowering our community to be their best selves. We are an online holistic wellness studio with various programs.

Well being is the goal, fitness and nutrition are aspects of it. We started off this initiative with just fitness classes and that’s when we realized something was missing. We wanted to truly impact our community and help each person thrive from the inside out.

At DesiFit, we have classes to help women express themselves, be themselves, and create an energetic environment that stimulates positivity. 

We have sessions based around expression along with specific sessions around breathwork, meditation, nutrition, movement, which can result in positive mental health.

Fitness classes by Meri Sanskriti are designed to give you a joyful workout experience! We are all about health and we especially want to empower women to live healthy lifestyles-and that doesn’t always have to be running on the treadmill for hours or pumping squats at the gym!

We have Bollywood Cardio, Zumba, Full Body Conditioning, and Hathe Yoga!

Full Body Conditioning will make you strong from within! Focusing on core and major muscle groups, as our core is one of the most important muscle groups in our body which makes doing everything from lifting groceries to getting up from the couch easier! 

Bollywood Cardio & Zumba will get your heart rate up allowing you to break a sweat and burn those calories while having FUN! You’ll burn at-least 300 calories in that power packed hour and you won’t even know it!

Hathe Yoga is the glue that holds you together after the high cardio & conditioning classes. Hathe Yoga will help you center yourself, your mind, and stretch your hard working muscles to get them ready to give you their best!
