My family came to this country in 1999, choosing to reside in the Chantilly/Centreville area. I have been brought up in this area my whole and have seen everything come up. Always seeing my mom cook at home got me interested in the industry and I decided to go to Culinary School for college.
I finished with my undergrad and MBA in 3 1/2 years from Stratford University with the hope to start my own business one day after gaining experience as a pastry chef. I have worked in the industry since I was 16 and plan on continuing to do so. I started my own business last year in 2020 December with the hopes to bring traditional UP style vegetarian Indian food to the community, with no preservatives or chemicals, with COVID in a safe way.
Along with our custom catering, we also offer custom cakes and desserts for any occasion. Current obstacles are COVID and the influx in daily needs, not only in my business but also in our personal lives. We hope to make it through this time and continue well after!
